“We arrived after 5 pm on our arrival date and the room wasn't ready. We stood in the hallway for approximately a half hour while they got the room ready and it seemed like a rush job.”

We spent one night at the hotel and everything was good, the next day we realized my daughter left an expensive device there, we get in touch with the manager who confirmed the cleaning lady found it and we were able to get it back.”
